There are a wide variety of codes, standards, and provincial/territorial regulations that apply to equipment and structures. Our knowledgeable inspection and engineering staff can identify the codes, standards, legislation, and industry accepted best practices that apply to your specific equipment or structure and provide you with a plan to ensure its structural integrity and help you meet legislated requirements.

The timeline for inspection can vary depending on the code, standards, or provincial/territorial legislation for the specific piece of equipment; however, industry standard is a year or less between inspections.  Our inspection team can help you determine an inspection schedule that meets your needs and the legislated requirements.

Tear down of a crane depends on provincial/territorial legislation, the state of the equipment, and the manufacturer’s recommendations.  We recommend contacting our inspection team to determine which codes and legislation apply to your crane as well as to assess the present state of your crane and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
